At Soccer Post, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items, including all original tags and shoe boxes, into a secure shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
